Prospective Students

When I first arrived at Williams, I was really nervous, but the transition to a new school was easy.

I made some of my best friends at Williams on my first day, as every single one of my classmates introduced themselves and asked if I needed help with anything. This is one of the main reasons I became an ambassador— to give prospective and new students the welcoming experience I had at Williams in my first year.

The Williams community is very accepting and it feels like a second family.

If you’re a new student or a prospective student, everyone will be super nice and will introduce you to new people and help you make new friends.

My first day at Williams I was so nervous but I instantly made friends and felt so welcome.

Over the past couple of years I made friends in a supportive community with a challenging curriculum. I’ve never felt as happy as I am right now at Williams. I love it here.

My favorite thing about Williams is the ability to go further beyond course material if we wish to.

I can go to teachers after class to go a little more in-depth on our curriculum or our work, they are always willing to answer any questions and to explain in higher detail. Classes are fun and engaging no matter the subject.

My classmates all bring unique perspectives to the classroom.

We come ready to learn and ask questions that broaden all our perspectives. Witnessing a classmate who is truly passionate about a subject will motivate everyone in the classroom. What I enjoy most about my classes is that they are challenging without being overwhelming. The teachers really care about you personally and your success.
