The Williams School endeavors to create a diverse community of students, faculty, and staff.

We are committed to supporting and amplifying the voices of members of underrepresented groups; their perspectives and knowledge are vital. The Williams School seeks to provide a safe and nurturing environment for intellectual, creative, and athletic exploration and expression, and we work to foster an inclusive, equitable, and respectful environment. This is achieved both formally in our curriculum and structured programming, and informally in the wider school culture. Getting Involved in DEI
Global Perspectives Interdisciplinary Certificate
Ni Hao Club
Chinese Language and Culture Club is led by Señor Cohen with a cohort of international students from China who help to educate and inform the larger community about Chinese Culture. Each year, the group plans a Lunar New Year celebration.
Gender and Sexuality Alliance
GSA is led by Technology Manager and OutCT Board Member, AJ Hagen, to provide a space for students to connect and discuss topics as related to the LGBTQ+ Community.
