How To Apply
The First Step
1. Inquire & Visit Us
The first step on your Williams journey is to inquire to receive more information about the school. Prospective Students and their Families are encouraged to visit Williams for an Admission Event.

2. Complete Your Application
Online applications can be submitted through our myW portal or through the enrollment.org SAO.
To gain access to myW, please complete an Inquiry Form and you will receive login credentials to begin your application.
Application Checklist items include:
- Online Application
- Recent Transcript (Applicants may be asked for more than one year, if applicable.)
- Current Math and English Teacher Recommendation forms
- Testing:
- All Middle School (grades 6-8) Applicants are required to take the Williams MS Admission Assessment, by appointment, which is typically scheduled on the same day as an applicant’s tour/interview/day of classes.
- Williams is Test Optional for Upper School (grades 9-12) Applicants. Those applicants choosing to have their SSAT scores sent directly to Williams should use our school code (8242).
- All International Students must submit TOEFL scores (Williams code – 3012). Other types of English Language Tests must be approved by Williams’ Admissions Office.
- A required Admission Interview is typically conducted on campus by appointment:
- Middle School applicants may interview with parent(s) in attendance.
- Upper School applicants interview independently.
All Applicants are highly encouraged to visit the Williams campus for a Day of Classes – typically scheduled on the same day as their Tour/Interview. Hosted by a current student, applicants get a first hand experience of our classes, courses, and community.
The Last Step
3. Tuition Assistance & Merit Scholarships
Applicants will automatically be considered for SCC Merit Scholarships as part of the application process. Families interested in applying for Need-Based Tuition Assistance must apply via Clarity.
