Williams faculty, staff, and administrators partner with parents to inspire students to become the best version of themselves. As adolescents identify and articulate who they are, what they want, and where they are headed, Williams supports them on their individual and unique path.

I appreciate the more creative and specific courses Williams offers.
I feel Williams fosters confidence and independent thinking. The variety of supplemental activities such as advisor groups, grade level activities, and traditions, call on students to engage in settings beyond the classroom. These interactions help with what I think of as whole person development. Parents whose children have graduated from Williams consistently say how well prepared their child was for college and how Williams really taught them how to study and write.

When the kids come home from school they are excited about what they are learning in the classroom.
They share about projects they are working on at school. I loved watching the lacrosse team win the championship last year, Robby said it was the best day of his life! I love seeing Annie enter school and be surrounded by friends who are thrilled to see her.

Teaching & Learning at Williams
Students are supported by a faculty advisor, dean, and counselors who help students plan their future choosing an individualized course plan to challenge them academically and prepare them to apply for and succeed in college. As students progress into the upper school they are met with opportunities to enhance their learning through the College Acceleration Program or Interdisciplinary Certificate Programs.
